During the past two and a half decades, we have been involved in acquiring or creating seven different companies in diverse market segments as well as establishing an investment portfolio comprising interests in real estate, corporate training, management consulting and perimeter defense solutions for “at-risk” facilities. At times we play an active role in the management of our operating interests and on other occasions we remain a financially interested investor, allowing in-house company personnel to be responsible for all day to day operations.
